As you all know, I love checking out new designers. Recently I discovered
Ali Golden. Her designs are simple, yet have a certain detailing to them that you know wasn't on accident. I love how many of her pieces drape in such a way that creates a timeless silhouette. She has an eye for piecing well structured and tailored items along side shapeless items that gives off correct proportions and dimensions. I love her use of bold hues and patterns, her immense amount of sheer fabrics, and the sensible design of it all in her collections.
Her bag collection is also to die for. I am a sucker for over sized bags because I like to carry my entire life with me everyday. There are not that many designers who mainly focus on one type of bag. This lady is surely making her way to my list of favorite designers.
