November's Man Of the Month...

This will no longer be featured on this blog. It's too much pressure and I don't have the time.

Plus it's getting harder and harder to find guys for it. Sorry for those of you who only come here for this. Hopefully, I'll come up with something that you'll like instead.

Man Of the Month: September...

Omar Roman is a Senior Pre-Law Personal Financial Planning major at Texas Tech University. He is a Dallas native, but was born in Zacatecas, Mexico. I am very confident in his extensive knowledge of anything relating to the law. If you’re ever in trouble, you want Omar Roman on your side. This former President and current Mock Trial Chair for Phi Alpha Delta, which is a coed law fraternity, is headed for big things. Trust me, you never want to get on his bad side.

KA: Who is Omar Roman?
OR: Omar Roman is a versatile individual of high intellect who can kick it with his friends, yet present himself in the utmost professional manner.
KA: Omar Roman sounds like such a powerful name. Would you say that characteristic describes you?
OR: I think that while that is one of the characteristics that can describe me, there are other characteristics that comprehensively represent me.
KA: What are some of those characteristics?
OR: This may come as a shock to some, but compassionate and caring are 2 of the other characteristics that describes me. I always strive to maintain a good balance of strong and aggressive characteristics counteracted with sympathy and understanding.
KA: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
OR: Harvard Law.
KA: How would you describe your style?
OR: I would say it is a mix of professional and classic attire with a modern twist.
KA: Do you have a favorite designer?
OR: I like Michael Kors and clothes from Express.
KA: So what's up with you and Nikki?
OR: In all honesty, I really like Nikki Minaj's ability to be who she wants to be, despite what the media says about her. Not only that, but her lyrics truly verbalize the emotions that I feel on a daily basis. And I don't feel like she had to be artificial with regards to her personality for other people to like her. Which I personally pride myself on. In other words, if you don't like me, then you don't like me for me. But on the other hand, if you do like, I know you like me for who I am. And that how I know all my friends at genuine.

Man Of the Month: August's Special Edition

I typically like to take my own pictures for Man Of the Month, but who knows when the next time I would be in New York to capture this devilishly handsome gentlemen. So I made a compromise (don't get used to it). I stumbled upon him a little over a year ago through Tumblr (yes, he was my Tumblr crush back in the day, gotta love social media), and I just had to have him on my blog. He is such an amazing photographer and a really down to earth person. Junior Senat, who I would never have guessed is of Haitian decent, is a Physical Therapy Student at SUNY Downstate. Only 21 years old, but can you see he's going places? Time for the rest of you to step up your game.

KA: So... what's your story?
JS: I’m just your typical young adult trying to leave my imprint on the world.
KA: What made you pick up a camera?
JS: I was always interested in pictures but never really decided to invest in a camera until I really was searching for a hobby so I figure I should get serious and buy a camera.
KA: How would you describe you style?
JS: Simplistically Complex
KA: Where do you find inspiration?
JS: In everyday people. Everyone has a story and I’d love to show their story
KA: Who influenced your work the most and how?
JS:Can’t pinpoint just one person or thing. I find inspiration in the most random things.
KA: If you could have any super power, what would it be and why?
JS: My one superpower would be super speed. I would get to do everything I would ever want to do.
KA: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
JS: In 5 years, I’ll be a full time Doctor Of Physical Therapy, a full time photographer, and a nomad.

I'm coming for this vest. Don't say I didn't warn you.
